The plan for the day was to get my hair done, come home and clean my house, and then get a much needed work out in. But, I really don't feel like doing that. I have to work out though today, because tomorrow the plan is to make my famous Macaroni and Cheese. I'm not sure if you're reading that and happen to be a soul food style mac and cheese lover, but if you are, I happen to make the very best in Michigan.
Anyway, any style, it is not a booty friendly food!
How will I motivate myself today after drinking a Washington Apple, you ask? I will simply get up from the famous couch and do what I need to do.
Say it with me, "Do what I need to do!" It's the real deal.
